- The client was looking to create a mobile-friendly physiotherapy solution that would help patients to register for their physiotherapy sessions. The solution would allow a patient to visually book an appointment, mark body regions they feel pain or discomfort in, add history or injuries if any, and describe the nature of their sensations.
- The client also wanted all the patient data to be collected/stored and made easily available for the therapists. This way, the therapists would check each patient’s pain areas with the intent to assess the effectiveness and progress of the therapy. Using this data, therapists can also create or change the course for further treatment.
The Approach
- Scalex suggested a cross-platform physiotherapist app development that would be available from all types of mobile devices, regardless of the platform. Following the agile methodology, we handled multiple parts of the apps at the same time, ensuring utmost quality with faster delivery.
- We also developed a web app, since the physiotherapists’ work revolves around maintaining a vast repository of medical data every day, a web app made viewing and saving the data was a lot easier and more strategic choice.
