Business Development Executive
Pune Full-Time 3-5 Years
- Must have experience of IT services or product sales and be able to generate leads -Inbound & Outbound.
- Can excellently communicate with CXOs, VPs and Founders.
- Prospect new accounts, develop new business with specific focus on International Markets (US, Europe and Singapore).
- Work independently to meet and exceed targets and goals assigned related to customer acquisition and growth of the organization.
- Contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. Presales Pro (RFI / RFP/ Proposals), estimating and evaluating projects. Identify client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization and service offerings. Assist with translating business requirements into a solution. Leverage business knowledge and expertise to business process improvements. Document functional business requirements and business cases designs.
- Respond to inbound calls and leads from various sources and make outbound calls.
- Should have good knowledge of online bidding on portals.
- Good to have good working knowledge of BRD and other documentation.
- Prior experience on email marketing, campaign performances, analytics, networking, and generating leads from various mediums.
- Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
- Partners with teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
